Plan limits on your dashboard

The desktop app tracks how much of each plan window you have used: the Claude five-hour window, and supported windows from Codex, Cursor, Grok Build, OpenCode, and Antigravity. Availability depends on credentials and recorded data. That reading lives on the machine by default.

If you turn the setting on, the app also sends it to your account, so tokenstat.ai shows the same number as the app on your desk.

Turn it on

In the app, under Account settings → Share plan limits with my devices.

It is off until you turn it on, and turning it off stops the readings for future updates. Previously sent readings may remain visible with their timestamp.

What actually travels

Per harness, two things:

• the percentage of the current window you have used
• when that window resets

Readings are associated with the tool and device and can include the status needed to show when they were collected. They are separate from usage events and do not contain prompts or project paths.

Who can see it

You, signed in. The readings appear on your own dashboard and nowhere else. They are never part of a public profile, even if you have published one, and they are not in the year in review.

A machine that stops reporting keeps its last reading, and the card says when it was taken rather than pretending it is current.
